Bolstered by a zest for a meaningful life, I have always been driven to follow my passion. I love connecting in real and authentic spaces with people and find great joy in being in nature.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
~ Marianne Williamson
When my mom died when I was twenty, it shaped the way I began to understand life, how to move through loss, and live life fully again.
Over time, and many life challenges, I came to see grief not simply as something to endure, but as a profound, sacred and natural part of a fully lived life.. It revealed new dimensions of love, creativity, and awareness that I may not have discovered otherwise.
This realization set me on a lifelong path of exploration, studying and practicing forms of spiritual inquiry, ritual, dreamwork, expressive dance, grief tending, and indigenous wisdom while also guiding others through their own experiences of loss, thresholds and transition.
