Bolstered by a zest for a meaningful life, I have always been driven to follow my passion. I love connecting in real and authentic spaces with people and find great joy in being in nature.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”

about

A soulful life, lived with intention

What I stand for

love and laughter are essential life ingredients

There is beauty in the dark that is often hard to see

Metabolizing grief and loss is a portal to resilience

Sharing our seasoned wisdom is our soul’s calling

Living into the cracks of life opens us to new possibility

This work did not begin as something to build.
It emerged slowly, through lived experience, loss, and a deepening relationship with life itself

 My path into this work

When my mom died when I was twenty, it shaped the way I began to understand life, how to move through loss, and live life fully again.

Over time, and many life challenges,  I came to see grief not simply as something to endure, but as a profound, sacred and natural part of a fully lived life.. It revealed new dimensions of love, creativity, and awareness that I may not have discovered otherwise.

This realization set me on a lifelong path of exploration, studying and practicing forms of spiritual inquiry, ritual, dreamwork, expressive dance, grief tending, and indigenous wisdom while also guiding others through their own experiences of loss, thresholds and transition.

Grief Retreat

Practitioner Training

Soulful Self Reset

Over time, the Four Paths of Soulful Transformation emerged as a way to hold this work.  Not as a system to follow, but as rhythms that continue to unfold.

training

A three month journey into steadiness, expression, and renewal.

Building confidence guiding grief, meaning, ritual, and community.

Embodied space for moving from isolation to connection in a safe and inspiring community.

Through years of listening closely to life, certain patterns began to reveal themselves. Not as something to define, but as something to follow….with curiosity, courage and surrender. I discovered the regenerative and inherently moving spirals of life’s evolution - modeled in nature surrounding us all of the time.

A simple way to feel supported, connected, and steady. When given space, grief can move, soften, and even open us – to deeper connection and aliveness. This guide offers simple ways to support yourself (or someone you care about) in moments when grief feels present.
