The training begins with a one week intensive, followed by an optional six month advanced training for deeper integration and confidence with incorporating the framework within your modality.
Initial intensive:
September 13-19, 2026 in Carbondale, Colorado
Through reflection, dialogue, and experiential practices you engage the framework through your own lived experience. Together, we explore how the four paths of soulful transformation integrates into your work through your unique offerings and community.
Six-month Advanced Training:
September, 2026 - March, 2027 (held virtually)
This optional immersion deepens your confidence in your skills while creating and putting into practice an actionable offering in your modality, with invaluable group support. Like-minded professional connections and friendships are made.
This training often resonates with wellness practitioners, grief, and recovery counselors, therapists, birth and death doulas, teachers, group leaders, creatives, and space holders of all kinds.
Includes guided reflection, experiential practices, creative exploration in application, and group engagement with the Four Paths framework.
You will engage the four paths through your own lived experience while also integrating the framework into your existing or emerging work.
This space is designed to be relational, spacious, and grounded in presence, allowing professional clarity and program development to emerge over time.

No. This training is open to any practitioner who wants to integrate a framework that honors grief as a natural and essential part of transformation.
You do not need prior experience in grief work—only a willingness to compassionately hold space for difficult emotions and support authentic expression. These trauma and resilience-informed skills can be learned and developed through practice.
Yes. If you feel called to facilitate grief-centered rituals, sessions, or healing experiences, this training will provide a grounded framework and practical tools to do so with care, depth, and integrity.
No. This framework can be adapted to a wide range of modalities.
While we will explore the value of including the body in transformational work, participation does not require prior experience with somatic practices. You will be encouraged to integrate embodied elements in ways that feel authentic and accessible to you and your clients.
No. This training does not offer a formal certification, as there is no universal governing body for this field of practice.
However, you will leave with a robust, integrative framework to deepen your work, create a grounded container, and support lasting client transformation. The program also emphasizes ethical application and professional integrity. Opportunities for ongoing support, guidance, and coaching are available.
No. The initial week-long intensive can be taken as a standalone experience to learn the framework and begin integrating it into your work.
The six-month immersion offers a deeper level of integration, increased confidence, skills, and the opportunity to design and refine a client experience with group feedback, along with continued guidance and coaching.
This is a non-residential retreat style intensive. Lodging is not included in the price. Local lodging recommendations will be provided upon registration and group rates at local hotels may be available. Please inquire for more information about lodging options.
Lunch and snacks will be provided during the weeklong intensive. Breakfast and dinner are participant responsibility. One group dinner out will be optional. Suggestions for local grocery, coffee shop and restaurant options will be provided.
If space allows, there will be an opportunity to join the six month advanced program after the initial intensive. The full rate for the advanced immersion program will apply. There is a $1000 discount when paid for with the initial weeklong intensive payment before the early-bird deadline.
